Call me Zab,

I'm a Product Strategy Leader who helps companies turn messy vision into execution that actually moves the needle.

I work in the space where business goals, technical reality, and what people actually need collide. My job is making sense of it all. I turn competing priorities and vague objectives into product roadmaps that drive real growth. To me, product leadership isn't just about what we build. It's about how a company makes decisions, scales, and delivers value when everything's moving fast.

Over the past decade, I've moved from designing experiences to building the business and operational strategies behind them. I've gone upstream to tackle the real constraints on product success: governance, scalability, and creating long-term value. Whether I'm working with executives to define our North Star or partnering with engineering to map out complex requirements in regulated industries, I translate between what's technically possible and what matters for the business.

At my core, I'm a systems builder. My experience as a beach patrol allowed me to develop a preventative mindset and the ability to see patterns in chaos and I'm good at removing the friction that slows teams down. I am not just about managing products. Is about building the conditions (the playbooks, the culture, the frameworks, the partnerships) that let cross-functional teams work with clarity and purpose.

Right now, I lead the strategic evolution of AI and Agentic systems for Comcast's Xfinity ecosystem. I'm defining how millions of customers interact with emerging tech, making sure we're not just reacting to the market but shaping it.

I'm passionate about building human-centered systems that scale because the best products don't just solve problems. They help organizations grow with intention.
